Transfer stations are essential in waste management, serving as the critical link between waste collection and final disposal. Built for efficiency, these facilities excel in sorting and consolidating waste, including recyclables, to ensure materials are processed responsibly and sustainably.
Since not every community has the space or resources for a landfill, transfer stations play a vital role in transporting waste to suitable disposal sites. This crucial function helps communities minimize their environmental impact while effectively managing their waste resources.
